Bench exercises
A padded bench to lie or sit on. Flat ones are used for pressing and rows; adjustable ones tilt up for incline work. Anything called incline, seated or supported needs one.
On its own Bench drives no muscle to target - it is support, not load. It appears in 25 movements alongside other equipment.
Where to find it: Black padded benches under the barbell racks and beside the dumbbells.
