Incline Barbell Press
How to do it
- Set the bench to about 30 degrees and load the bar.
- Lie back, eyes under the bar, shoulder blades pulled together and down.
- Grip slightly wider than shoulders, unrack, and hold the bar over your upper chest.
- Lower to just below your collarbone, elbows tucked to about 45 degrees.
- Press back up along the same line. Keep your feet planted and your hips on the bench.
