Seated Dumbbell Press
How to do it
- Sit on an upright bench with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, palms forward.
- Back against the pad, feet flat.
- Press both dumbbells overhead until your arms are straight.
- Lower under control to ear height.
- Do not clash the weights together at the top - stop just short.
Muscles it trains
