How to do it
- Lie on your side and set your top foot on a bench or chair, leg straight.
- Prop yourself on your bottom forearm, elbow under your shoulder.
- Lift your hips until your body is in a straight line, and raise the bottom leg to meet the bench.
- Hold the position, then lower under control.
- This is one of the hardest movements in the catalog - start with your knee on the bench instead of your foot.
