How this works
Every exercise in our catalog carries a per-muscle activation percentage. Tapping a movement adds its numbers to the 18 totals; 100% is one session's target for a muscle, and anything short of it is flagged. Same engine and the same numbers the app runs during a real session - nothing here is guessed by a model.
Do I need an account?
No. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored - the whole check runs in your browser, and the link in your address bar is the only copy of your answers.
It says I am missing muscles I definitely train.
Tap everything you actually do, accessories included. The check only knows what you tell it, and each answer counts as one exercise's worth of work - roughly three hard sets.
What counts as covered?
Volume is counted in sets per muscle, counting an assisting muscle as a fraction of a set - the method with the best evidence behind it Pelland 2025. One workout takes a muscle to 2-3 sets depending on your goal, and how often you train decides what that comes to across the week; here anything short of a full 100% of one workout’s share is flagged as falling short.
What do I do about the gaps?
Add the two movements suggested, or let the app plan the session for you. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, no card.
