Reference only Level: Beginner BodyweightBench

How to do it

  1. Set a bench to a decline and hook your feet under the pads, lying on your side or with a twist.
  2. Put your hands beside your head without pulling on your neck.
  3. Curl up and rotate, bringing one elbow toward the opposite knee.
  4. Squeeze the oblique at the top, then lower under control.
  5. Rotate through your ribs, not by yanking your elbow across - the elbow does not need to touch.
