Landmine Press
How to do it
- Wedge one end of a barbell into a corner or a landmine sleeve and load the other.
- Hold the free end at shoulder height in one hand, standing in a staggered stance.
- Press up and slightly across your body until your arm is straight.
- Lower under control.
- The angled path is much kinder to the shoulder than a straight overhead press - use it when overhead pressing hurts.
