Band Overhead Press
How to do it
- Stand on the middle of a band, feet hip-width.
- Hold the ends at shoulder height, palms forward.
- Press straight overhead against the band's pull.
- Lower under control to shoulder height.
- The band is hardest at lockout, which is where a dumbbell press is easiest - so the two are not interchangeable.
