How to do it

  1. Start in a push-up position, then walk your feet in and lift your hips until your body makes an upside-down V.
  2. Your head should point at the floor between your hands.
  3. Bend your elbows and lower the top of your head toward the floor.
  4. Press back up until your arms are straight.
  5. The higher your hips, the more it becomes a shoulder press. Walk your feet in to make it harder.
