Kettlebell Overhead Press
How to do it
- Clean one kettlebell to the rack position - bell resting on your forearm, elbow tucked in at your ribs.
- Stand tall, feet hip-width, brace your stomach.
- Press straight overhead, letting your wrist rotate so your palm faces forward at the top.
- Lock out with the bell over your shoulder, then lower back to the rack.
- Do not let the bell hang off your wrist - keep it stacked over your forearm the whole way.
