Band Chest Press
How to do it
- Anchor a band behind you at chest height, or run it across your upper back.
- Hold an end in each hand at chest level, palms down, and step forward to load it.
- Press both hands forward until your arms are straight, bringing them slightly together.
- Return under control against the pull.
- The band is hardest at full extension, so squeeze hard at the front.
