Band Lateral Raises
How to do it
- Stand on the middle of a band, one end in each hand at your sides.
- Soften your elbows and keep the angle fixed.
- Raise both arms out to shoulder height against the band.
- Lower slowly.
- The band is hardest at the top, which lines up with where the side delt works hardest anyway.
Muscles it trains
Percent of one session's target for that muscle. Anything at 100% finishes that muscle on its own.
- Side delts 90%
- Front delts 20%
