Kettlebell Floor Press
How to do it
- Lie on the floor holding a kettlebell in each hand, bells resting on your forearms.
- Start with arms straight over your chest, wrists stacked over your elbows.
- Lower until your upper arms rest on the floor.
- Pause, then press back up.
- Keep your wrists straight - a bent wrist under a bell is how you strain it.
