How to do it

  1. Stand tall holding two kettlebells horizontally at chest height, bells pressed together and handles pointing out.
  2. Squeeze the bells into each other hard. That squeeze is the exercise.
  3. Press them straight forward until your arms are almost extended.
  4. Pull them back to your chest under control, still squeezing.
  5. Use very light bells. The awkward grip decides the load here, not your chest.
