Machine Chest Press
Machine Chest Press trains 3 of the 18 muscle groups Full Coverage tracks: Chest 95%, Triceps 45%, Front delts 30%.
How to do it
- Set the seat so the handles line up with your mid-chest.
- Sit back with your shoulder blades against the pad, feet flat.
- Press the handles out until your arms are straight.
- Return under control until you feel a stretch, without letting the weight stack touch down.
- Nothing to balance, so this is the safest way to push a hard set on your own.
