Cable Lateral Raises
How to do it
- Set a handle on the low pulley and stand side-on to the stack.
- Take the handle in your outside hand, arm across your body.
- Raise it out to the side up to shoulder height, elbow slightly soft.
- Lower slowly against the cable.
- The cable pulls from below, so tension stays on at the bottom where dumbbells go weightless.
Muscles it trains
Percent of one session's target for that muscle. Anything at 100% finishes that muscle on its own.
