Kettlebell Halo
Kettlebell Halo trains 5 of the 18 muscle groups Full Coverage tracks: Side delts 65%, Rear delts 35%, Mid-back / traps 30%, Front delts 25%, Forearms 15%.
How to do it
- Stand tall with your core braced, holding a light kettlebell upside down by the horns at chest height.
- Raise the bell to one side of your head.
- Pass it around the back of your head in a smooth circle, close to your skull.
- Bring it back down in front of your face to where you started, then reverse the direction.
- Your head stays still and the bell travels around it. Go light: the point is control through the whole circle, not load.
