Band Romanian Deadlift
Band Romanian Deadlift trains 4 of the 18 muscle groups Full Coverage tracks: Hamstrings 75%, Glutes 55%, Lower back / erectors 50%, Adductors (inner thigh) 10%.
How to do it
- Stand on a loop band with both feet and grip the top of the band.
- Set feet hip-width with a soft bend in the knees.
- Hinge at the hips, sliding the hands down the legs.
- Lower until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings.
- Drive the hips forward to return to standing.
