Cable Pull-Through
Cable Pull-Through trains 4 of the 18 muscle groups Full Coverage tracks: Glutes 80%, Hamstrings 70%, Lower back / erectors 40%, Adductors (inner thigh) 15%.
How to do it
- Set a rope on the low pulley and face away from the stack.
- Straddle the cable and hold the rope between your legs, arms straight.
- Step forward to load the cable, feet shoulder-width.
- Push your hips back until you feel the stretch, then snap them forward and squeeze your glutes.
- Your arms are just hooks - if you pull with them, you are doing a row.

Compared with the Cable Glute Kickback, it loads Hamstrings 50 points higher, Lower back / erectors 40 points higher, Adductors (inner thigh) 15 points higher.
