Lying Leg Curl
Lying Leg Curl trains 2 of the 18 muscle groups Full Coverage tracks: Hamstrings 95%, Calves 15%.
How to do it
- Lie face down with the pad resting just above your heels.
- Grip the handles and keep your hips pressed into the bench.
- Curl your heels toward your glutes.
- Squeeze at the top, then lower slowly.
- Hips stay down. Letting them rise turns the curl into a hip movement and takes tension off the hamstrings.
