Band Good Morning
How to do it
- Stand on the middle of a band, feet hip-width.
- Loop the ends over the back of your neck and shoulders and hold them in place.
- Soften your knees and hinge forward at the hips.
- Come back up against the band's pull, squeezing your glutes.
- Tension is highest standing tall - that is where you squeeze.
