Good Morning
How to do it
- Set the bar across your upper back as for a squat and unrack it.
- Feet hip-width, knees slightly soft.
- Hinge at the hips and lower your chest toward the floor, back dead flat.
- Stop around parallel or when your hamstrings run out of stretch.
- Come back up by driving the hips forward. Go lighter than you think - this one punishes a rounded back.
