TRX Side Plank
TRX Side Plank trains 3 of the 18 muscle groups Full Coverage tracks: Obliques 85%, Abductors (outer hip) 35%, Abs 30%.
How to do it
- Place both feet in the TRX foot cradles and lie on your side.
- Prop up on your bottom forearm with your elbow under your shoulder.
- Lift your hips so your body forms a straight line.
- Stack your top foot over the bottom foot.
- Hold the position while breathing steadily.

How it compares

Compared with the Dumbbell Windmill, it loads Hamstrings 35 points lower, Side delts 25 points lower, Adductors (inner thigh) 20 points lower. It needs Suspension trainer where the other uses Dumbbells.
