Lying Leg Raises
How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and hands under your hips or by your sides.
- Press your lower back into the floor and keep it there.
- Raise both legs until they are vertical.
- Lower them slowly, stopping the moment your lower back starts to lift.
- That stopping point is your range - lower it further as you get stronger, not sooner.
