How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet lifted off the ground.
- Hold a kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest.
- Lean back slightly to engage your core.
- Rotate your torso to one side, bringing the kettlebell next to your hip.
- Rotate to the opposite side in a controlled motion.
