Cable Crunch
How to do it
- Kneel below a high pulley with a rope attachment and hold the rope beside your head.
- Set your hips back and keep them fixed - they do not move during the set.
- Crunch down by rounding your spine, bringing your elbows toward your thighs.
- Squeeze hard at the bottom.
- Return under control. If your hips travel, you are doing a hip hinge, not a crunch.
Muscles it trains
Percent of one session's target for that muscle. Anything at 100% finishes that muscle on its own.
