Cable Glute Kickback
Cable Glute Kickback trains 2 of the 18 muscle groups Full Coverage tracks: Glutes 85%, Hamstrings 20%.
How to do it
- Strap a cuff to your ankle and set it on the low pulley.
- Face the stack and hold the frame, standing on your other leg with a slight bend in that knee.
- Kick the working leg straight back and up, squeezing the glute.
- Stop when your thigh is in line with your torso - do not arch your lower back to go higher.
- Return slowly. If your back is arching, the weight is too heavy.
