Cable Front Raise
How to do it
- Set a straight bar or rope on the low pulley and stand facing away from the stack.
- Hold it in front of your thighs, arms straight with a slight fixed bend.
- Raise it straight out in front to shoulder height.
- Lower slowly against the cable.
- The cable keeps tension at the bottom, where a dumbbell front raise is weightless.
Muscles it trains
Percent of one session's target for that muscle. Anything at 100% finishes that muscle on its own.
- Front delts 85%
- Side delts 20%
