How to do it
- Set a rope or straight bar on a high pulley and stand a step back, facing the stack.
- Grip it with straight arms overhead, hinging forward slightly at the hips.
- Keeping your elbows locked, sweep your arms down in an arc to your thighs.
- Squeeze your lats, then let your arms rise back overhead under control.
- The cable holds tension through the whole arc, which a dumbbell pullover cannot.
Muscles it trains
