Barbell Lunges
How to do it
- Set the bar across your upper back as for a squat and unrack it.
- Step forward into a lunge, lowering your back knee toward the floor.
- Stop just short of touching, front thigh parallel.
- Push off the front foot to return, then alternate legs.
- Balance is the limit with a bar on your back - start in a rack and go light.
