Standing Side Leg Raise
How to do it
- Stand side-on to a chair or rack and hold it lightly for balance.
- Shift your weight onto the far leg.
- Sweep the near leg across the front of your body as far as it will go.
- Return slowly under control, then switch sides.
- No equipment at all, so make it count with a slow return and a hard squeeze at the end.
Muscles it trains
Percent of one session's target for that muscle. Anything at 100% finishes that muscle on its own.
- Adductors (inner thigh) 75%
- Obliques 25%
