Single-Leg Calf Raises
How to do it
- Stand on one foot with the ball of that foot on a step, holding something for balance.
- Let the heel drop into a full stretch.
- Push up onto your toes as high as you can.
- Lower slowly, then switch legs.
- One leg at a time is how you load calves properly without any equipment.
