Star Jumps
How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet together and arms at your sides.
- Dip into a quarter squat.
- Jump up and out, spreading your arms and legs into a star shape at the top.
- Land softly on the balls of your feet with your feet together again.
- Absorb every landing with soft knees - this is a plyometric, so quality beats quantity.
Muscles it trains

- Hamstrings 20%
