Band Lat Pulldown
How to do it
- Anchor a band overhead - a door anchor or something solid you can loop it over.
- Kneel or sit far enough back to have tension with your arms straight up.
- Pull your elbows down and back until your hands reach your upper chest.
- Return slowly against the pull.
- Tension is highest at the bottom, so hold the squeeze for a beat there.
Muscles it trains
Percent of one session's target for that muscle. Anything at 100% finishes that muscle on its own.
- Lats 75%
- Mid-back / traps 45%
- Biceps 40%
- Rear delts 25%
- Forearms 25%
